Do you charge a planning fee?

Yes — planning fees are quoted during our initial consultation based on scope and complexity.

Will I pay more booking through you?

No. Hotels are booked at the same published rate — but your booking includes Virtuoso perks (breakfast, upgrades, credits) that you simply can't access booking direct. You get more for the same price.

How far in advance should I reach out?

For Europe in summer and popular honeymoon destinations, 6–9 months out gives me the most options. That said, I've pulled together great trips in 6 weeks — so don't let timing stop you from reaching out.

What destinations do you specialize in?

Italy, Greece, France, Spain, and Hawaii are my strongest markets — I have deep relationships and on-the-ground knowledge in all of them. I also plan safaris across Southern Africa, beach escapes in Thailand and Mauritius, and luxury trips throughout the Middle East and Caribbean. Having traveled to 25+ countries, I truly do it all.

Do you book flights?

I provide flight recommendations and can book through my preferred partners. For most clients I advise on routing, timing, and class of service, then book through whichever option gets you the best value.

What if something goes wrong on the trip?

That's exactly what I'm there for. I'm reachable while you travel and have direct contacts at every property and vendor in your itinerary. Most issues are resolved before they become problems.
